The
F.A.I.T.H. Riders Motorcycle Ministry began as a ministry of Lakeland,
FL's First Baptist Church at the Mall in February 2002. In less than a
year, this unique ministry began to generate interest from other
churches across Florida. It soon became apparent that God was expanding
F.A.I.T.H. Riders across the country and so the National F.A.I.T.H.
Riders Motorcycle Ministry was born.
Even through our growth, the vision has remained constant: providing
churches with a tool which enables them to reach out to the motorcycle
community for the purpose of sharing the Gospel and discipleship
through practical ministry opportunities.
F.A.I.T.H.
Riders Motorcycle Ministry is not funded like most motorcycle
ministries. There are no chapter fees for churches nor membership fees
for members. While we do have a small budget through First Baptist
Church at the Mall, we depend on gifts from individuals who have a
passion for this ministry and a passion to see the lost come to know
Jesus Christ as their personal Savior. |
