A recap of the F.A.I.T.H. Riders presenting the gospel at the 2015 Daytona Bike Week.
We are so excited to announce that we will having our FIRST ever National F.A.I.T.H. Rider rally at the Shocco Springs conference center in Talledega Alabama this summer.
The dates are 28-30 August.
This is going to be a great event where we focus on why we exist as F.A.I.T.H. Riders, hear from our new National Director Mark Bedwell on his vision for the future, hear inspirational messages, learn from each other on things that are working and things that could use improvement. We will also have times of great worship, motorcycle games, rides for those that choose to, and we will also learn of plans for the upcoming 75th anniversary of Daytona Bike Week and how we will be ministering.
Shocco Springs is definitely kid friendly and you are welcome to bring your whole family. The cost of registration covers two nights lodging, six meals (Friday evening, three on Saturday and Sunday breakfast), and prizes.
We hope you will register today. You can reserve your spot for only 25.00 and pay the remainder upon check in. The total cost per person including registration fees is 165.00 per person, double occupancy. There is also facilities for camping if you choose to do that. Go to www.shocco.org to check out the facility and get directions.

My name is Mark Bedwell and I am the NEW National Director for F.A.I.T.H. Riders. (Bead of sweat running down my brow just typing that.)
I have been in the ministry for over 22 years, and can honestly say that I am more excited about entering this season of ministry with you than any other time I can remember. I currently serve as Outreach Pastor at First Baptist Church at the Mall, and it has been my privilege to be Buddy Newsome’s supervisor at First Baptist Church at the Mall for several years. As you are quite aware, Buddy has stepped down to focus more attention on his battle with cancer. When First Baptist Church at the Mall became aware of Buddy’s decision, they asked me to prayerfully consider stepping in as National Director of F.A.I.T.H. Riders. My answer was “Yes.”
Let me be quite honest. I don’t know a whole lot about motorcycles. I do, however, know a lot about people. And you are some of the most passionate, loving people I have ever met. God has blessed this ministry and will continue to bless it because sharing Christ is truly what it’s all about. While I am learning the job the hard way, I am blessed to have inherited a strong National Headquarters Team in Mike Stewart, Laura Terry, and Debbie McDonald. Those three have been and will continue to be vital to the success of this ministry.
I look forward to getting to know you more and serving alongside of you. Please prayerfully consider coming to our first ever National Rally in August. Mike Stewart is putting together a fantastic weekend full or riding, fellowship, worship, and vision casting. It will be a great experience for us all.
